What we offer

Osmo Bots offers a private Discord bot: a bot under your own name, on your own Discord application, that we host and keep up to date for you, with every feature. We also build custom bots, on quote.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed on our Discord by opening a ticket. You choose the number of months, pay with the method offered, then your bot is activated. The price is €4 a month; the price shown when you order is the one that applies.

No commitment

• There is no automatic renewal: you only pay when you want to extend.
• Months add up: time added before the end is added to the time you have left.
• When your period ends, your bot stops and its settings are kept for 24 hours. If you extend within that time, it comes back exactly as before; otherwise, its data is deleted.

Start of service and withdrawal

Your bot goes live as soon as it is activated, at your request. You have 14 days after your order to withdraw: if you do so after the service has started, only the period already used is due, and the rest is refunded.

If something goes wrong with the activation on our side, we refund you.

Your bot, your application

Your bot’s Discord application belongs to you. You are responsible for its token: never share it. If it leaks, reset it and paste the new one with /mybots; you have 24 hours to do so. The options requested during setup (intents) must stay enabled for the bot to work.

Your commitments

You agree to follow Discord’s terms of service and the law. Reselling the service or any abusive use (spam, raids, illegal content…) can lead to the bot being suspended, without a refund.

Availability

We do our best to keep your bot online 24/7. A short interruption (maintenance, an outage at the host or at Discord) can happen: it does not entitle you to an automatic refund, but tell us about it on the Discord.

These terms are governed by French law. If anything goes wrong, contact us on the Discord first: we always look for an amicable solution.
